How to pay

Unicastyle only accept PayPal® payments. After receiving your order we'll send you an invoice with your total within 3 business days. We'll only make and send your order after your payment. Any requests/questions will be answered before the invoice.We do not charge paypal fees!
Prices are displayed in Euros(€).

Shipping prices

Packages are sent by recorded delivery with Poste Italiane.

Europe - recorded delivery, normal shipping within 5 to 10 days : £ 3.98 (€ 4.80)

World - recorded delivery, normal shipping withing 10 to 15 days : £ 4.97 (€ 6.00)

For extra safe shippings there is a shipping insurance: for info for prices just contact me by e-mail.

Returns/Refunds

I only offer money refunds if the item bought is not available and I only accept returns if the customer received the wrong items. In that case the wrong items should be sent back to me to be replaced by the correct ones for no extra cost.

Lost items

I am not responsible for items lost once despatched unless shipping insurance was purchased. If insurance was purchased and if the item is lost (allow at least 1 month) it will be sent back to me, and I'll send it again to the customer for no extra cost. Original shipping cost is not refundable.

Damaged items

I try my best to protect fragile items however I am not responsible for damages during delivery (execept for insured orders). If your order is damaged contact me telling the problem. If it's something simple I may be able to do a repair.

Privacy Policy

We use your information only for order/shipping purposes. Payment information it's not shared as it's processed by Paypal - a encrypted and secure way. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
